• How do I create an account?

  Private

  You can easily create an account via this link, or by selecting a password when completing your order. We will send you an activation link by email. After you have activated your account via this link, you can enjoy all the benefits of your Gomibo account:

  • Follow the status of your order. All orders placed with the same email address, will automatically be linked to your account.
  • Complete your orders quickly. With your account, you can upload documents for contract requests, and make payments.
  • Manage and modify your orders.
  • Find all information on your orders in one place.
  • Download your invoices.
  • Write reviews about your orders.
  • Register returns and repairs.
  • Change your personal information.
  • Adjust your email preferences.

  Business

  Via this link you can easily create a business account. You can find all information on business acccounts at this page.

• How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

  When you are logged in to your account, go to ‘My details’, and check the box for ‘Newsletter’. Every two weeks, you will now receive the best deals, most useful tips from Gomibo's specialists, personal discounts, and we keep you informed on the latest smartphones and accessories.

• How do I adjust my email preferences?

  In your account you can specify which emails you want to receive from us. You can freely choose whether you want to receive the newsletter, review requests and/or tips about your products. You can change your email preferences at any time.

• I forgot my password

  Do you want to reset your password? Then click here. After you enter your email address on this page, we will send you an email to reset your password.

• How do I change my personal details?

  You can change your personal details via your account. You can also choose whether you want a private or business account here.
  
  We treat your personal data with care. Read more about this on our Privacy-page.

• How do I delete my account?

  You can request that we delete your account. After deleting your account:

  • You can no longer log in and access your data
  • You will no longer receive our commercial emails

  
  Click here to request the deletion of your account. We will keep you informed on the status of your request.
  
  Please note: deleting your account cannot be reversed.
  
  How we process your request
  We will first check whether we can delete your account. This is not always possible, for example due to outstanding invoices, or a credit agreement. Is everything in order? Then we will delete your account within 4 weeks.
  
  Do not forget your warranty
  Have you ordered something from us in recent years? Then please note that you may still have warranty on your purchases. So don't forget to download your invoices via your account. After deleting your account, you can no longer access it.
